MEDICAL ALERT- ALLERGY ALERT

These are used to identify your child's ALLERGY or MEDICAL alert condition.
I can put whatever information you want on the front and back of these tags. I can also put the name or monogram on one side and all of the information on the other.
They will come on a card about the size of a business card and will be laminated in a hard plastic luggage tag laminating pouch and will have a plastic loop to attach it to backpacks, lunch kits, diaper bags, PE bags, etc....
They are $5 for 1 side or $7 for two sided tags or I will sell 4 single sided for $18 or 4 double sided for $25
